Our nightly rates are very competitive for the Wimberley area and vary depending on the date with slightly higher rates during Spring Break, Thanksgiving and Holiday Weekends. Discounts apply to stays of 7 days or more. Once you have selected your available dates, please go to the “Request to Book Now” and follow the instructions to receive your custom quote of costs.

 

No hidden fees!  The cost of your stay will be the nightly rate plus 13% state and city hotel tax, plus $175 final cleaning fee, and a $300 returnable security deposit against damage.

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance being due 60 days prior to your arrival.  Your security deposit will be refunded as appropriate within 7 days of your departure.

 

If you should need to cancel your reservation, there is a 100% refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival.  After that, the cancellation terms in the Booking Agreement apply.

 

All payments must be made with either Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash, Google Cash, or, if time permits, by personal check through the United States Postal Service.
